I saw a few bugs

It was close to where we needed to be for the weekend. The bathtub was clean and the toilet was too.

The linen had blood on them. The room did not feel clean. The pool was out and you advertise it being usable. The breakfast was a joke. The weight room was not accessible without a staffers help. It did not look nothing like the pictures... You might want to up grade or just quit saying things are not what they are. The mirrors were smeared and not cleaned. The top blanket had blood on it too.

Close to venue.

Tons of black mold in 1st room and had to switch at midnight due to asthmatic child having issues. Both rooms dirty. Pool was closed, with no prior warning. Fitness center was closed, with no prior warning. Continental breakfast was non existent. And both days we asked if it would be restocked and they said no. 1st day 45 minutes left and 2nd day 30 minutes left of posted breakfast times (an hour 45 and hour 30 prior to times advertised and shown in information books in the rooms). No exterior doors would work with keycard except the main front door (we had to walk around the building in -20 windchill weather).
