- Cleanliness of the motel and the friendliness of the staff. The breakfast was awesome!!
- The staff was great as always, good breakfast and great location.

- The room was in disarray, there started plumbing fix in bathroom but never finished, tub was dirty, no handles connected to turn on water and con webs hanging from ceiling.
- toilet ran. room carpeting was filthy. bathroom was missing a big piece of drywall.
