- The room was not cleaned. They checked me into a room that had no towels and someone had slept in the bed.
- Nice place
- We love staying here usually
Cons -
- I brought it up to the staff and they said they could do nothing. Two different staff members were the rudest people I have ever met. For a Hilton this is ridiculous.
- It was the smell of weed throughout the lobby that ruined the stay as well as the unruly children
- Make the building sound proof. It?s next to an expressway and all you hear all night is loud cars driving by making it nearly impossible to sleep.
