  • The place was nearby where we went to visit and was clean and neat
  • It was clean and safe
  • It had roaches

Cons -

  • The water pressure wasn't high the water was cold while taking a bath, the microwave smelled burnt, the plugs on the right side of the room (near the bathroom) didn't work at all none of them and it was really an inconvenience due to my husband needed the outlets for his sleep machine we had to switch sides and i had to leave my phone and other items plugged on his side of the room
  • Receptionist was very rude, elevators, and always smell like smell like urine, as if there was nothing cleaned , it was winter time so there was snow and dirt tracked throughout the facility. There was no soap in the bathroom ,not sure if the bathroom is clean properly in the room because there was a very small amount of tissue in there. One of the guest had a dog/pitbull that barked throughout the day and night. And in the morning, there was no breakfast ,when I asked about breakfast we was told there would be breakfast and there still was no breakfast. Again, receptionist was very rude when we checked in and when we left, we only stayed for one night.

The place was nearby where we went to visit and was clean and neat

Receptionist was very rude, elevators, and always smell like smell like urine, as if there was nothing cleaned , it was winter time so there was snow and dirt tracked throughout the facility.
