Location and friendly housekeeping staff (conversation prior to entering my room).

The toilet was dirty. I felt extremely uncomfortable. The inside toilet bowl was filthy. Housekeeping need to check all angles when cleaning toilet. Kleenex in bathroom was low. Area where continental breakfast was served was not tidy. Area needs to be cleaned during those hours to ensure all patrons have a clean experience while retrieving food and eating. Trash receptacle was full at 9:15am. This should have been changed. Area where bread and waffle maker is placed had unused plates and trash all around. I did not eat. I was truly unhappy, especially with the amount of money I paid to stay.

Comfortable and quiet

Loved the room. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Beds were very comfortable. Close to restaurants.

We thought there was a little more building noise than normal

Breakfast was fine. Location was good. The room was a lot smaller than we anticipated as we have stayed in the same motel in different locations and had much bigger rooms. The pool was freezing and the air in the pool area was cold.

The pool and lack of a hot tub. The pool was too cold to play in, the water was cold and so was the air. That would have been okay had there been a hot tub to warm up in or a suana or a steam room. Definetley didn't want to stay in the pool long.
