- The staff, they called the police on children that were just having fun. They were not to loud or disrespectful. Bobo was so mean and rude to the guest. So disappointed.

No breakfast was offered
Got put in room already occupied, second room , door was super hard to open, phone not working, t.v. had to be fixed, had to go to service desk many times to get things rectified. For what I was charged for a room, I was very disappointed!
