- The price. The hot water.
- The elevator worked really good

Cons -
- The paint worn off the furniture. The holes in the rug. The main approach, a one way street from I-75 brought one to the back of the hotel which was so run down and decrepit that frankly it was scary.
- The area was very unsafe. Auto repair was happening in the parking lot, a group of people were smoking marijuana 30 ft away from where I parked. I consciously had to watch my surroundings on the walk from my vehicle to the front desk.
- The breakfast they offer is a joke. They are better off, not having the breakfast.
