- Layout of breakfast menu items disorganized, out of ketchup, no cold milk products. In room coffee maker not working- outlet not working. Reported to front desk. Bedside wall mount side end tables small. Hot tub no longer in use / filled in
- They wanted to cancel my room that I had booked over a month prior to the date but not my family member?s room who had just booked the week prior. To get the toilet to flush we had to add water into the back of the toilet. Couldn?t make keys to rooms

The staff was great, breakfast was nice. Rooms seemed clean.
My daughter and I got eaten by something in the bed sheets. We have thousands of little bites all over our legs and torsos.
