Pros +
- The one clerk was very nice
- Pleased with the IHG brand
- Excellent access to highways and locations (hockey rinks) that we needed.
Cons -
- Restaurant not opened late
- dirty room, bad smell coming from bathroom We left immediately and booked a room at another hotel
- Room climate controls specifically noted to use the wall thermostat. It did not work, but controls on the unit itself did a good job once adjusted.
