- Room was nice and comfortable. I like that breakfast is included.
- Convenient location, kitchenette, cute cocoa bar during the holiday season, overall pretty clean, free waters during your stay was a great bonus.
Cons -
- I did not appreciate that we were not informed that the pool was down until check in, and the staff gave us no reason or opening date. We selected this hotel specifically for the pool. The staff was not very friendly, and the room needed a deeper cleaning
- Bed was a bit firm and sloping towards the center, carpet appeared a little dingy/dirty.
- I had to go to the front desk to get the bedding for the pull out couch as there was none in the closet. No plastic laundry bag in the closet either. Small things, but for an upper mid-tier suite hotel, you shouldn't need to fetch your own bedding.
