Pros +

Small hotel, updated and clean rooms. Separate living room was great! Breakfast was small, but OK.
It was just like being home on vacation.
Super Clean and very comfortable.

Cons -

The onsite restaurant (Tracey's) is nice, but has a very small menu and it is not vegetarian/vegan friendly.
You could hear the guests in the lobby from our room.
I found hair in the bed, a old contact on the bathroom floor and old coffee pod in the coffee machine. I informed the front desk and was told the housekeeper was new. I was given an apology but was very turned off by the experience.
