- Everything. I have picture proof on how disgusting the hotel room was and when I asked to cancel the reservation the hotel refused saying we had been in the room 30mins. Don't recommend

- Accidentally the check checked me in under another guest which made check on tough. Just a human error. Something anyone could have done. Honest mistake
