Pros +
- The lemon water in the lobby was appreciated.
- The rooms were close together. I was 2 doors down from my parents. I appreciate that.
- Room was nice
Cons -
- Breakfast scrambled eggs I think were from powder or were artificial. The cooked food wasn't all that warm. My bathroom had lotion splattered on the bathroom door and wall upon arrival. My toilet was clogged upon arrival, and on my last night there the tub backed up and took about an hour to drain. A very bad experience compared to my first stay there about a month ago.
- Entering onto the property, they do not have a designated area for pets to use it. There was poop Everywhere. We almost stepped in it several times and there was snow and ice everywhere and I was concerned about my mother falling trying to avoid the poop. Disgusting. The bed was hard. The bathroom facet was broken and moved when I turned it on. Just all around dissatisfied and when I told the front desk, they said we couldnt get a refund. We checked out the next day.

Quiet area and great breakfast with lots of choices
The swimming pool was closed for renovations. Turning on the room heat set off the fire alarm to beep every 5 minutes. $100 incidental charge.
