- Staff was friendly and accommodating. Convenient location to venue in Grand Rapids. Very affordable, worth it, @$--- night. Free breakfast was ok.
- We did NOT even stay here. It was disgusting and in a terribly unsafe area. NOT happy!!!
- Friendly diligent staff. Breakfast was good sausage eggs coffee tea muffins
Cons -
- It shows its age. Carpet needs replacing. Did not vacuum sufficiently. Saw the same Doritos crumbs in hallway for 3 full night?s stay. No elevator. There was some sort of hole covered by carpet, in the main hall by lobby that?s a tripping hazard.
- The front desk was VERY rude, the lobby was absolutely disgusting as was the entire hotel. Not cared for and in a very unsafe neighborhood.
- Not really except a adult male in room down the hall was outside at 3 am briefly with loud voice telling someone to go back inside room. He didn't disturb us really but we were woke for a short period of time
