- Upon arriving at the hotel, I was greeted by an unkempt and possibly intoxicated young woman. But that was not a big deal ? I checked into my room.

Cons -
- The next morning (around 9 AM), the reception was closed with a metal shutter, and there was no one at the desk. Many hotel guests had been waiting for about an hour to return their room keys, but the young woman was nowhere to be found.
- Pool was closed playpad was closed.. no notice until I check in!!! They wouldn?t give us a discount!! It ruined all our plans..we had our grandkids to swim and enjoy ..nothing else to do in this hotel..how do you entertain 2kids under 5???w no pool!!
- Lack of security enforcing quiet time during reasonable hours
