- Needs carpets in hall replaced, old and mildewy....same for carpet in rooms....the bed MATTRESS was extremely LOW quality.... towels had odor.
- Room key kept not working at check in, then we were locked out of room in the morning (we had a meeting to get to). On 10/31, Front desk person (sorry don?t have name, but she was great). finally got a solution from the tech.
