The room was new, super clean and spacious with strong refrigerator, AC, coffee maker, big bathroom sink counter space, all the things I appreciate in hotel rooms. Staff people were very warm and friendly. Very good breakfast with many options.
The scent of the soap, lotion, etc. in the bathroom was a little too strong for me. Also, it would be nice if the front desk had a spare phone charger that guests can borrow.

The breakfast being that I say it lots of Holiday inns was thought it's good quality as most of the other ones.

On paper, it was great. The location was very nice.
But when we got there, unfortunately it seemed they were maybe short staffed? Breakfast was out of everything and couldn't be kept stocked. No bacon or oatmeal. They were out of forks. Our room didn't have towels. The bathroom was not very clean. It didn't have any hand soap. The pool was freezing. There were dead bugs in the windows and on the floor.

The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and cool. We received full housekeeping service.
The heating cooling system in the room needs to have an option to either be on constantly or not. When it comes on randomly it is so loud it is difficult to sleep.
