- Auburn hills crown plaza the worst customer service I ever experience from a hotel when you trying to get a explanation and the rooms is not worth the pay mediocre cleaning.
- There was strange smell in the room. It seemed very damp. I'm guessing they attempted to clean it. Almost an ozone machine smell, too. It probably needed another day to dry out
