- Convenient location , size and amenities of the unit.
- Friendly staff, convenient location in Ann Arbor, good value in terms of price. Room (king suite) was large. Breakfast is a wrapped hot sandwich, cereal, coffee. Not buffet style, but it was all we really needed. Late check in (11pm) was no problem.
- The room set-up was spacious and allowed for a little bit more room for a small family.
Cons -
- Toilet leaked and tank refilled every 5 minutes. I reported it twice and it wasn¿t repaired. Ran out of body wash and conditioner, I reported it twice and they were not refilled. Only had 4 hangers for three closets. Caulk around tub was moldy
- I would say carpets were not the cleanest I've seen, but not terrible. A little bit of a smoky smell in the room when we arrived, but we opened a window and it resolved.
- There were several things we did not like about the hotel, starting with the overall cleanliness. There was no housekeeping services provided throughout our entire stay even though it was advertised, and the room could definitely use a deep scrub.
