This hotel was convenient to the airport, clean, very nice rooms and facility, free airport transportation and parking while you travel for a small fee.

Quiet location. Clean rooms
I don’t normally complain but the airport shuttle driver didn’t offer to help load all of the passengers baggage. He simply opened the back of the van and told us we could load. At Tru the shuttle drivers load and also at the airport pass you your baggage.Little issue for me as I’m spry but maybe a problem for folks not in as good shape.

The location was great.
The floors were dirty, one of the beds had a stain on the sheet. The tub was dirty.

To be honest, after reading all the reviews, I was expecting something really bad..The room was big enough, clean, and we spent a very quiet night there. Just 7 min drive to/from downtown, free parking.The breakfast was very good (extra fee, though). Overall, a great stay for one night.
The room we stayed in was clean but outdated, the curtain on the window looked like it was shredded, no soap in the room (had to call the receptionist to ask for it)

+Bed was comfortable, room was clean. There were enough outlets. Shower was good. Staff were very friendly and responsive. I had a 6 am flight so I was unable to try your breakfast.
The plumbing under the sink came apart and water from the sink flooded the bathroom floor. The outflow pipe from the bottom of the sink was not long enough to make a decent connection to the P trap. This was Saturday night so there was no plumber available. Staff moved me to another room right away. It would be nice if you could open the breakfast an hour earlier for people that have an early flight.

Great location for my visit. Walking distance to a park and grocery store. Shuttle service was very helpful.
Only get room serviced upon request. We requested service on day 4 of our visit but never got the room cleaned. Ended up just finding a housekeeper and getting clean towels and more shampoo.

Close to downtown and major roads. Hotel was fine, nothing fancy.
Very small and outdated bathrooms. Only one small, very slow elevator was working. No complimentary breakfast.
