Places to Go (10 Mile Radius): - York Beach (A.K.A. Short Sands/Long Sands) - Fort Foster - Four Tree Island - City of Portsmouth is right across the bridge! Bars, restaurants, shops (clothes, jewelry, etc), music halls, and plenty more. Location was great and the front desk was very helpful and friendly..

Cons -

The room had no curtain. No futon pictured did not fit them. Amount of people that were supposed to be accommodated in the room pictures do not match the hotel room deplorable complaint still haven?t heard anything.
EVERYTHING. There were immigrants that live year round, the place had not been cleaned in years. The room was infested with spiders and Centipedes. One bite from a Centipede would have led to me using my epi-pen and/or in the emergency room.
Rooms aren't clean and just very plain needs to be updated.

Surprisingly a great motel, perfect location to get into downtown Portsmouth NH, clean, updated room and great price especially when all other places are outrageously expensive.
