- Customer service. Front desk staff were very helpful
- Great Breakfast, great location, the pool was great too !
- The proximity to the metro station a d the staff was very friendly

- The room I had the picture fell off wall air wasn't working correctly
- That the king rooms are much smaller than the double bed roo.
