Hotel is in a great location. Very clean and friendly staff. Coral Reef restaurant has excellent food! Also liked getting text messages to see how our stay was going.

Great location. The hotel is well decorated for holidays. The housekeepers are great. Their service is excellent. The front desk has wonderful staff who are always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. We like this hotel and we enjoy coming to this hotel every year around the holidays. Please see the next comments about the presence of a group of individuals (this is the second year we have seen them) in the hotel causing some disruptions with some weird noise and behaviors.
The presence of a large group of people who blocked the entrance of the pool, took off their shoes and left the shoes in the hallway for hours. The entire hallway was blocked and was difficult to get access to the gym and pool. The hotel is a public space and these individuals must behave according to the rules. The hallway covered with shoes was really an ugly scene. Please make sure to provide them directions and these individuals must understand that hotels are not their private spaces.

Nice indoor restaurant for breakfast. Water park for kids and seperate for adults. Nice location on the boardwalk. Stores just outside the hotel. Starbucks around the corner. Awesome tub in the bedroom. Spacious room w/ living room. Great showering products with 4 shower heads. Lots of parking. Nice cleaning staff always available and able to accommodate with more supplies. Staff at the front ready to assist and give you recommendations on things to do. Character guests mascots like bluey for the kids pool.
My only ask would be heating the indoor pool. Need to extend the hrs for the kids pool.

The area and hotel itself was nice.
The hotel room was not cleaned when we entered and when we first arrived and grabbed one of the bathroom shower towels we found pubic hair on it.

The location is awesome. The pools are wonderful. The drinks and the bartenders at the pool were the best
The exorbitant fees because of the time of year. The service was terrible our first day in the restaurant. I had to find a server while parties seated after us were served. The food was OK. They remembered me the next day and apologized and the service improved.
