The location and the pool.
I am always looking for cleanliness first . It was exceptional, we couldnÂ¿t find anything wrong . Perfect trip, perfect location . The staff was great .

Cons -

Bathroom was nasty, shower floor felt as if you were going to fall thru, the tile that meets the shower floor was broke, and it was black. The AC was half working, and we had a " deck" room, that is shared with whoever, has rooms beside us.
Hidden early check in fee. No crib as requested. A/C stopped worked and began to blow only hot air. In the morning there appeared to be pee in the elevator. Staff did not care about any of this. Offered no apologies or compensation.
