Needs a facelift. Walls very thin, sounded like stampede from the room above all night long. It wasn't cheap, so it could use some updating.
some customers defy rules and were smoking in their rooms i did say somethin to staff on Saturday evening but didnt seem like they cared as much as the day staff.

Great location.

Bed bugs found in our room and the room they moved us too. Staff was very rude when we asked to move rooms and then - after 3 dirty rooms - rude when we asked for a refund. Did receive a refund the next day when the general manager was in.
