The room was extremely disappointing. The beds resembled a Hostel and in addition the overall appearance was poor.
The manager and the new front desk help was not professional. Both lack customer service.
I asked for fresh washcloths and was asked to bring down the ones that were already in the room. The ones in the room were not up to par. I didn?t even bother going back downstairs. I thought that was ridiculous after already coming from the top floor.

There was nothing that we liked.

First of all, this was not a 3 star hotel. It was a 1 star hotel at best as listed accurately on Google. Stay away from this hotel if you value your safety.
