- The manger is the best worker.
- The location near family and DC. The staff were wonderful.
- Everything was amazing however internet was very slow might be hotel renovation

- Room service was poor, place was unclean, no hot water
- The night shift guy don't know how to do his job. Or has no good communication skills. Day time old lady same. Ravens hat. Attitude. The manger stepped in and definitely showed why she the manger. Elders can learn from the young ones.
- The construction buy it was quiet so you didn't know where they were working.

Elevator was on going renovation and doors access was really not working each time I looked door from outside I should go to reception for activation
