- Very friendly. As a lone traveller's I felt very safe. Had a restaurant in the hotel.

Cons -
- As a Holiday Inn Member I was not given the same treatment as the other hotel members. I wasn?t directed on breakfast/Lunch/Dinner, was not directed on the amenities, no help with my luggage (despite having a mother with a disability), no gift bag.
- I killed a roach in my bathroom . I told someone at the front desk and they gave me a free breakfast voucher and when I was eating a saw a small rat (notice I didn?t say mouse) scurry across the floor behind the bar area where they were serving breakfast.
- The first room that I was provided had a bent door so much to the point that you could see through the crack and into the room. It was bent at the lower half. The room looked as if it had been visited. Bed unmade. Toilet seat up. Was not impressed.
