Pros +
- Management was courteous and polite.
- Excellent breakfast
- Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a good variety and everything I had was delicious. The restaurant was a really pleasant surprise. The food was impeccable. Best burger I ever had.
Cons -
- They put me on the 4th floor and they literally were doing construction over top of my head. Didn’t make a big deal about it since they informed me that they were going to be done soon. The next day, I had to get my room switched (downgraded to a double bed) due to the same noise (drilling). I did not particularly like the fact that I was not in my original king suite. The manager did make sure I was ok and gave me extra points towards my rewards account which was much appreciated. Also bathrooms need to be updated
