Pros +
- The pool
- The staff. She was helping a customer when we arrived. The customer was upset because the virtual credit card from the OTA wasn't working, she managed the customer and the customer service contact with professionalism and kindness
- Hotel employee at the front desk was amazing! She was very informative and even offered my dog a toy for the room!
Cons -
- There is no shuttle as advertised to go to inner harbor. It looked like no one has ever cleaned the room other than change the sheets. There was dried paint all over the floor, the chair was disgusting, food all in the corners. The carpet was filthy.
- there were guests on my floor smoking and the entire floor smelled awful.

The pool

The wonderful staff for checkin & checkout & everyone who helped us w/ breakfast and keeping the room so nice & neat- it was a delight to stay with you all! Thank to the staff for wonderful hospitality 🙏
