- No elevator the stairs are narrow and easily to fall
- The fact that tv didn't work the sink didn't have hot water I had to walk up three flights and down three flights just to use a microwave that barley worked
- The place was not as advertised. The room was on a different floor, and was very filthy with rodent feces on the bed, stains, and broken decor and walls.

this hotel seems to be catering to guests that are very loud and disruptive. When we went to the hotel hours before check-in and tried to use the lobby bathroom, we were let into a broom closet that was also a bathroom and while using it, we could hear the guests in the neighboring room, screaming, and swearing at the top of their lungs for quite some time. we then left and came back to check in around 10 o’clock at night and there was someone in the lobby walking back-and-forth yelling and they would not stop. We could hear the yelling from the third floor bedroom. The staff said they were going to call the police, but after half an hour, we had to check out without getting a refund.
