Pros +
- Smell coming off the elevator was sickening
- We liked the service, cleanliness, comfort, and ease of parking, check-in, friendliness of staff. I got several texts from staff asking if our needs were being met and when I answered them I got prompt replies.
- I did not have the breakfast.
Cons -
- Beds hard as a rock which lead to severe back pain and had to check out early
- Some furnishings and appointments seemed a bit “tired.” The overhead light in the sink area worked inconsistently and the lever on the bathtub spigot that changed the water from bath to shower was broken.
- I believe that all of my expectations were met.
