Pros +
- The cleanliness of the room. The entire staff customer service was exceptional. I really enjoyed staying here. I will be revisiting and staying at this location again!
- I felt catered to. Every call I made, whether it was to room service or valet, everyone knew my name and sincerely wanted to help make things easier for us. The food was fantastic. The view was great and the room was fully stocked and modern.
- The hotel is fantastic.
Cons -
- I thought the constant unpronounced visits in your rooms while you were gone were a bit intrusive. We went to dinner and would come back at 9/10PM and noticed that someone was in our room. Items were tucked and folded away, not like you left them. It felt a bit "creepy" and over the top. Almost borderline an invasion of privacy so late at night. It felt really weird.
- About the only area I could possible note for improvement was the water could have been hotter. But that is a personal preference and the shower was fantastic anyway.
- The room lightning is a bit insufficient.
