Pros +
- Ate out.
- Hotel was clean. Staff were polite. Beds very comfortable.
- Everything. From the staff to the beautiful hotel to the food. Absolutely no complaints!
Cons -
- The bed cover too warm.Pillows like sandbags.
- Cost. Terribly expensive cost which was not congruent to services received. Location was hard to get to-right off the circle, so confusing where to turn-not much Westin can do about this though. Did not get to enjoy the comped breakfast...had to pay for parking even after receiving a return email (I emailed first to ask about the parking especially since we had 2 vehicles) stating that they could accommodate both vehicles at no extra charge to me, I had to pay for parking for both vehicles (over 50$) because Westin's underground was full and Valet was too....so staying any later for breakfast would cost me even more. Staff were indifferent to my questions as to why I had to pay even with return email assuring me I did not. I did offer copy of email but staff weren't interested. Room was changed to "accommodations room"-no issue there but no outlet in bathroom for appliances. I attended an event that night at the Westin for my work, drove a distance, stayed overnight to prevent late night driving, and guess I expected more for the price I paid for 1 room for 1 night To add insult to injury, throw in the unexpected cost of 2 vehicle parking makes me feel the cost was exorbitant and was then disappointed more so for a mediocre experience.
- Someone not in my group was able to make a charge to my room. Hotel did refund the charge.
