SpringHill Suites by Marriott Wrentham Plainville

Great stay – pool looked nice although we didn't have time to use it. Room itself was spacious and great layout. Really appreciated the trundle couch/bed that offered additional sleeping areas. Loved the desk and lighting with it, which was great as I had to work the next morning. Noon check out was FANTASTIC! Breakfast bar had a waffle maker, which was great.

Negatives: Bed was hard & uncomfortable. I prefer something softer as a side sleeper. Pillows and bedding were nice though. They need water dispenser in breakfast area. I found was the wear and tear in the hallways for such a recently built hotel. Biggest pet peeve though – the map in the elevator lobby was completely wrong! It was like someone was blindfolded and sticking places randomly. If you're going to have a large map (which is great) make sure it's accurate!

The outside was nice.

Smelled like a wet dog in my room. Hole in the bathroom ceiling where a fan should have been. 2 broken lights by the beds. Shower head soaked the whole bathroom floor because it was aimed out the glass door. I’m too short to move it. The walls by the elevator looked like there was a tiger fight.

Lovely hotel. Front desk staff, and especially, were pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Room was quiet, clean and very comfortable.
