- The layout of the bedroom and bathroom, very spacious. Many unique details.
- I¿ve stayed in several hotels in Berkshires over the years. This is my favorite. Love the decor. Staff is wonderful. If you stay on the north side of the building ask for a fan-they¿ll happily accommodate you. Street noise can be a bit much. Highly recomm
- Staff is excellent, rooms are well appointed and nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable.
Cons -
- One of the two beds in teh room seemed to have crumbs on it. They wanted a $45 fee to extent check out from 11 a.m to 1 p.m. on a Sunday.
- Not really. This is our second stay there and we would stay there again if the chance arrives
- Getting back to the hotel after midnight, had to call to have the gate opened for parking, access with your room key would be great. Restaurant and Bar were closed but it is a COVID restriction right now.
