This contemporary, nonsmoking hotel is near plenty of restaurants as well as Tanglewood, Jacob’s Pillow, and MASS MoCA. Admire original work at the Norman Rockwell Museum, 19th century paintings at The Clark, and stunning fall foliage in Mount Greylock State Reservation. Albany International Airport (ALB) is 48 miles away.

- The hotel is clean, the beds are very comfortable, and the prices are reasonable.
- The friendliness of the front desk staff
- Room was spotless, bathroom had great lighting (for doing makeup), full size bath products supplied, room w/a sliding glass door to a patio and 2 chairs was a nice bonus. Free b-fast convenient. As a solo woman I felt safe here. 24 he front desk.
Cons -
- Idiot construction crew performing renovations started working at approximately 7 o'clock in the morning, banging hammers, running compressors, and starting engines on lift machine. They should have waited until after 9 AM.
- The hotel walls and gap under door made the room a bit less soundproof, but it would not be a reason for me not to come back. Top notch property, front desk staff super helpful, and located close to everything i/t Berkshires.
- Nothing major, problem with waffle maker and over ripe bananas
