The Springs Motel

Pros +

• Easy to find, good commute to Tanglewood.
• Very stylish motel. Hipster Vibe overall which was ok by us as it didn¿t adversely effect our stay one way or the other. The room was spacious enough for our stay, the shower hot on demand and the beds and linens were super comfortable. Very clean space
• Wonderful owner very dedicated to the guests' overall experience. Cool, retro vibe with SPOTLESS rooms and fun conversation "pit" areas and fire pit as well as terrific pool. You can tell she really cares about the property and guests! W

Cons -

• Not as advertised for amenities. The airstream bar is not open/functional. The lobby was nicely designed but quiet. The back door to our room did not close. Seemed like the door was wider than the frame. The pool was open.
• Motel a work in progress.. In our room there was no central heat which we would have preferred knowing about prior to arrival. The point of contact was there for our check in thankfully and showed us how to work the space heater. Towel rack broken.
• It's a bit out of the way from Tanglewood, but closer to the Bridge of Flowers and ski slopes so worth the trip!
