Plymouth Bay Inn

The only thing I liked about this was the free parking. And the fact that you can take breakfast food "to go", IF YOU CAN AFFORD THE RECEPTIONIST' BARE FEET ON THE CHAIR near you while serving yourselves.

Everything was disappointing. NO pool services: water, pool space, furniture messy and dirty and the water totally cold. The hotel was TOTALLY dirty. The sheets and the covers in the room was unbelievably dirty (marks, blood, etc). The receptionist rude.

Breakfast was poor. The room was run down.

Was definitely NOT anything as we desired or expected. The bed was comfortable but sheets not dry or clean (had black specks possibly mold).

The entire hotel needs overhall!Remodeling in room was decent but small items not fixed. Toilet was a problem entire time-gross! The front desk staff was minimally cordial.Was a little more upbeat upon us leaving.lol what up with that? NOT ON PAR!hDingy

pleasant and helpful staff, quiet rooms. easy location to everywhere we want to go. As Mass transplants now living in NH this is our go to hotel when we are in MA.

The rooms were VERY damp; when walking on the carpet, our socks got wet. I left a shirt in the room during the day, and it was wet when we returned. The hotel smelled of moth balls. The breakfast area was two tables in the already cramped lobby.

Location.

Room smelled musty and moldy. No screen in window, could not open if we wanted to. Also no lock on window, on ground floor, someone could have easily got into room.

Recent upgrades had a too large toilet that was not steady.

The pool was filthy, the toilet was broken, the shower sounds like it was going to burst when I turned it on and off

Awake all night due to partying in neighboring rooms. Staff did nothing. Resulted in no sleep before a full day of work in the hospital. Will never return

The best thing about the hotel was the proximity to the highway since I was traveling for work.

The upkeep of the hotel is minimal. The shower was not in a good state and the floor was clearly not cleaned in my room. When the site mentioned that it was recently renovated, I think they posted that 10+ years ago. The site is dated.

Nothing much shower valve broken doors do not shut place was dirty I will never stay again sorry to say I am booked for one more weekend

I had pre--paid for this room. The location was convenient to the highway.

The desk attendent was poorly groomed. The lobby was poorly decorated and dirty. The attendant claimed to upgrade us to a 'deluxe' room after I told him that my husband suffered from dementia. The room was dirty and badly decorated. We left immediately.

Price was good

The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was nice and included a microwave and refrigerator. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was arranged in 3 interconnected buildings. The breakfast offerings were in the main lobby.

The only complaint, which was minor, is that there was no elevator in the building that we were in. Other than that, an overall pleasant experience.

The staff was wonderful. GM  is a true professional. You get that homey, bed and breakfast vibe from him and his staff. It's my favorite hotel to stay at in the area because of that vibe. Plus they have the best complimentary breakfast/food. TY!

I addressed my concerns with the hotel and they fixed them immediately nothing major

I hated my stay.

The water in the shower did not get hot. There was an iron but no ironing board. Sketchy people everywhere.

There was not a hook for the handheld shower attachment, the TV and toilet didn't function. The staff member's solution was to provide us with 2 additional hours in a different room and 20% off an additional stay. We declined. We were not reimbursed.

Overall it wasn't bad. However, a swarm of bugs appeared at night in the bathroom sink and on the wall above the sink. Tiny bugs. Staff notified in morning.
