- everything was real clean and everything was to date.
- The service & the staff all went out of their way to be helpful. With a smile.
- My family and I stayed at Margaritaville/old Cape Codder last weekend. The experience was nothing short of amazing. Hotel employees was outstandingly Courteous and professional. My family and I have been going to this resort for the past 10 years.
Cons -
- The shower was difficult to figure out. Never did get it right. Took sponge baths instead. Also: grab bars need be installed in the showers.
- Water park was very old & outdated and it was super filthy. Not enough staff & they did not know what they were doing. Had to wait in line at the restaurant at the pool for an hour every time. Than you get to the front of line & your told they¿re not serv
- There was a lot of construction going on. 2 of the restaurants were closed. The one restaurant that was open was overpriced and tacky. The pool was over bleached and old.
