The rooms appeared clean although the sheets had a smell of not enough washing.
These basic accommodations were adequate and the cost was affordable compared to other lodging in the area.
Location. Right where the ferry lands. Staff was very friendly.

Cons -

The hotel did not have signs to tell me it was connected to the Comfort Inn so we spent time trying to find it. There is nothing that tells you what the wifi password is, the soaps are almost as thin as credit cards. pervasive moldiness smell.
It was made clear to us upon check-in that this no-frills hotel is not part of Comfort Inn (which is located on the same property), caters to budget-minded customers and does not offer breakfast or anything other than basic amenities.
There always seemed to be groups of people hanging out by the door. They were smoking outside but it's not a good feeling to be coming home at night in the dark with a handful of people outside the door. Towels were really cheap.
