- Very well managed. Great location. Near Berkshire East Ski resort and situate at a historic town of Greenfield. The hotel offered hot soup in the evening for free. It is so nice for the skiers who came back from a tiring ski trip.
- The breakfast was fantastic. Rooms were clean and service was quick from the front desk

- Nothing
- one of the blankets had a weird smell. We ended up having two beds in our room so we slept in the other one, but that is the only very minor complaint, would stay again
