I informed the staff about order of cigarettes smoke. Attempted to solve the issue by spraying Lysol. Ridiculous and stated that the room was smoke free. There was definitely cigarettes smoke in the room.

Room size was reasonably big

Room had a stench. Hallways were smelly. No room service. DidnÂ¿t pick up trash. No phone in the room to call reception. No staff on site after early afternoon. No actual closets. Poor quality toiletries. No blow dryer. Toilet seat had permanent stain.
