- Overall service needs improvement.
- The front desk women was much less then welcoming and not pleasant at all and ride. Was made to feel like I was not wanted. Supervisor was very nice and went upper and beyond to try an correct error.
- Very noisy. No check-in process. Lobby was locked at 2:00 PM so we had to pick up our key in the mailbox. NO THERMOSTAT IN ROOM. AC window unit still in window.had to remove to keep the little heat in room. Breakfast consisted of store bought pastry.
