Pros +

The location to Salem was exactly what we needed.
It had a shower and bed
It was clean , well managed, and even had an outside grill / seating area for conviviality. Room was equipped as promised.

Cons -

The dirtiness! The mattress had a HUGE stain on it, the bathtub dripped all night long, the refrigerator didn?t keep anything cold (we had food spoil in one day!) and the couch had large stains all over it! I took pictures of EVERYTHING!
There was an awkward overpowering smell in the room or section of the hotel that just permeated the air.
The hotel is somewhat difficult to access from either route 95 or route 1,irregardless of its location on map or on gps apps.

The location to Salem was exactly what we needed.

There is absolutely no way this hotel rates a 3.5 star rating. It was as if a public housing development had overflowed, and people were given vouchers to stay at this place. People living out of their vehicles in the parking lot.
