- The room was clean. I was happy to see hot drink being served.
- This hotel exceeded my expectations considering the price compared to other hotels in the Boston area. The staff was amazing and very helpful!
- Proximity to port for cruises.
Cons -
- The front desk worker was not friendly. She looked like she just woke up out of bed and her attire was poor,spoke like she did not want to be there. Nothing professional of her and her Demeanor. Also while checking it there a big bag in my way.
- The only issue we had was some noise due to the hotel being located next door to an industrial business of some kind. I don't think we would have ever noticed if we had a room on the other side of the hall.
- All was well.
