- staff are exceptional. friendly, proactively trying to help. amenities are second to none on the Cape.
- Hotel location is perfect! Walk to downtown and the beach. The staff was phenomenal.
- Front desk manager most professional and made us feel welcome to the Inn. We were there because we were celebrating our 75th birthdays While at dinner she had a plate of chocolate covered strawberries and a bottle of wine delivered to us.
Cons -
- everything was aces
- Room was nice but view was of air conditioning and heating units.Would have preferred an ocean view but we were in a lowerpriced room.Please note we are not from Norwalk CT.. W are from Westboro ma.
- Food was not great.
