Staff is very friendly and professional.
Hotel is clean, and quiet. Staff was helpful and friendly

Cons -

Heating air conditioning messed up. Breakfast poor inadequate.
The wall finishings/counter placement is too close to the comode. There is not enough room for the lid and seat to stay upright- one must hold both up with one's hand. Some of the guests were quite noisy when passing my room after 11 pm.
We moved rooms after our first night. The first room was amazing, the next three nights we were in a much smaller room in a narrow hallway

The TV's were not set up for streaming. The hotel was also dealing with a big flooding issue in several of the rooms so that was unpleasant. The room that was assigned to me was the last room at the end of the extremely long building.
