- The location and the staff were the highpoints. The food was great and the bed was very comfortable.
- The staff, without a doubt, is what makes this place special. Everyone was helpful and friendly.
- Nice service and clean
Cons -
- The only complaint was the room has too much light at night. So many points of illumination to act as nightlights that you can almost read by them. The rear of the TV had about 8-10 green lights that was hard to block out.
- The igloo reservation are a little confusing. When we reserved our dinner, we were told that we had to preorder our meals and drinks early in the day. When we tried to call, we got a voicemail. We then sent an email, which the kitchen never received.
