- Location is easy access to subway station Downtown Crossing. Worth the money.
- The location was great for seeing a show. It was close to several restaurants and coffee shops. The room included snacks and 2 adult beverages at the hotel bar. We also ate at the attached restaurant which was some of the best sushi I have ever had
- The rooms were spotless, beds were COMFY, and lady at the front desk suggested the upper floors if were weren't used to city noise. We had an excellent night sleep!
Cons -
- Air freshener being piped in the entrance of hotel is asthma triggering and unnecessary
- Zero complaints.
- This hotel is not as nice as indicated. I was disappointed with the lobby, bar, room, noise, etc. I would not stay there again.
